Find the app version and logs

The update panel shows the installed version. If you can, include that version, the steps you took and the exact error message. A log is optional.

For the current Windows app, look for Player.log under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\ShortMVStudio. Copy the log before restarting the app. Review it for personal file paths or other private information before attaching it to email. The form does not collect logs automatically.
