2. Prices and additional costs

3. Payment methods, timing and service availability

4. Cancellation, refunds and defects
Cancel Creator's automatic renewal through Plan & payments before the displayed renewal time. Confirm scheduled cancellation is reflected. The subscription ends at the end of the paid period; Creator remains available until then, followed by Free.
Voluntary mid-period cancellation generally receives no prorated refund. Duplicate charges, inability to provide the service attributable to the Provider and serious contractual nonconformity are reviewed for appropriate repair, alternative provision, period adjustment or refund. Statutory rights to rescission, termination or damages are preserved.
Contact support for cancellation failures or billing problems. Cooling-off generally does not apply to mail-order transactions, but this does not exclude statutory rights or the remedies above.
5. Systems and usage conditions
The initial version is for Windows 10 / 11 x64. Use VRM 0.x / 1.0, VMD and optional MP3 / WAV audio. Core export specifications are one character, up to 60 seconds, 1080 x 1920 / 30 fps / MP4. Behavior may vary with materials and devices.
Internet access is required for entitlement verification and new VMD registration. Offline use is limited to up to 24 hours since last verification and no later than the usage period end. See the Terms of Use for details.
